Shipping policy

Dispatch of regular orders
All orders for stock on the online store regardless of when they are placed will be dispatched next business day via Australia post or Sendle courier services. Tracking notifications will be sent via the email provided on your order. The tracking notification can occasionally go to a spam/promotions folder.

Packaging of orders
All measures are taken to ensure the correct amount of care is taken to keep your item secure and safe throughout shipping. We welcome any feedback to further improve our shipping services.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is through both Australia Post. We decide at our discretion which courier service to use on what we deem the best service based on your location and package size.
